There’s lots of solutions for menopause related anxiety

The first and most obvious solution is HRT (hormone related therapy); this can be tablets, patches, gel or even a coil that has female hormones (oestrogen and progestrone) to help replace the hormones that get lost as you age.

Some people are also prescribed anti-depressants or other medications to help control their anxiety.

Some people are prescribed counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

You might have tried telling yourself that you’re just “being silly” or “being daft”.

You might have tried different diets or supplements.

You might just have tried avoiding all the things that made you feel anxious.

And if that’s worked for you, that’s brilliant!
Some people have great success with these solutions.

They find their anxiety is no longer a problem.
